Rule 1.070. Process
48.071 Service on agents of nonresidents business that is doing the state.
When any person that is natural partnership maybe not residing or having a principal office in this state engages in business in this state, process are served in the person who is in charge of any company in which the defendant is engaged within this state during the time of solution, including agents soliciting requests for items, wares, merchandise or services. 48.081 Provider on corporation.—
- Procedure against any corporation that is private domestic or international, might be offered
