Why should I use FAM Cleaning Services?

FAM Cleaning Services has been providing local residents with flexible and reliable residential cleaning services since 2007. By now, we’ve perfected our system for great service.  We know that you’re an individual with circumstances that are entirely unique to you. We help you identify what your needs are, and then we provide you with services that have been specially tailored just for you.

How do I get started?

It’s as easy as giving us a call!   The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a
free estimate. We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to
do for you.

Do I have to be home when the cleaners come?

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be. Many of our customers provide us with a garage code or keys to gain access to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

What if something in my home gets damaged?

In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. All FAM Cleaning employees are fully insured to guarantee the safety of your possessions.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is due the day the service is performed. You may pay by check or cash. Many customers leave a check, payable to FAM Cleaning Services LLC, on their kitchen table or countertop. For your
convenience.  One-time cleans require a cash payment.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule.

How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?

We are very particular about who we hire. Every FAM employee undergoes a screening process that includes extremely thorough criminal background checks. Additionally, all FAM employees are fully insured and bonded. Our employees are all given top-notch training to meet our demanding standards, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks.

How often should I have my home cleaned? 

We offer regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help. Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.

Will I always have the same house cleaners?

We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.   Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what; even if circumstances demand a staffing change. Every employee is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.  Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will fix it for free.

What if I have a pet?

Pets are not a problem, but we do need to be notified if you own pets. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, let us know in advanced.
